A maybe false promise and more bullet points

So, I'm attempting to update my blog again, so I'll start by a brief update of the summer and fall. It can mostly be summed up by traveling to a bunch of ultimate frisbee tournaments, sometimes playing in odd outfits, getting a puppy, spending a week in Colorado, and then the normal shenanigans and rowdiness.

Let's begin.

Meet the new love of my life, Malcolm. He's the cutest most smartest pup out there. AND he'll cuddle without requiring you to put out first.

I played frisbee this fall with some sweet chicks on the inaugural year for the team Hayride. We ended up 4th at Regionals, and I feel big things for us in the future. I had a particularly great time at the Chicago Heavy Weights tournament where our team most definitely won the party (golf cart theft was involved) and our pool. I also got some free fleece pants because I am so cute. Sectionals was a good time too. A detour on the way led to a casino, which led to an extra $80 in my pocket. And all I'm saying about Regionals is that I slept in car in a hotel parking lot. Make assumptions, but they'd probably only be half right.

This is me playing frisbee in a fishnet dress. Turns out I will play in almost anything when my alcohol blood level exceeds a certain percent. That number is yet to be determined.

Ah, Hayride!

I got to spend a week in Aspen also with some of my most best friends in August. Colorado is the bomb dot com! Yeah, I said it. Unfortunately my camera is still broken and my most bestest friends ever did not do a good job sharing their pics.
And then there was Halloween, aka dress up like a slut and not be judged harshly.

I don't know why I feel the need to dance at elevation, but I sure do.

Then there was a frisbee tournament, where each team dressed up in costume. Our theme was Amish.

But there was a costume party at night and I was a sailor (questionable) and continued to play in the costume on Sunday. A girl's hair got caught in my anchors.

And of course, there had to be a recent "everyone wear a dress and then let's have a photo shoot" night.

This is the face I would make if I was in a bubblegum commercial:

Also, I am getting into my new job. I just got a raise and bonus! Woot! Though with the economy the way it is, my industry is very shaky, which has led to a lot of moving around in the company, so since April, I've had 3 new bosses. And I super hate the bathrooms at work because the automatic flushers on the toilets are super sensitive and I hate the fact that the toilet flushes at least three times before it should.

Okay, so no bullet points, but I put "maybe" in the title. I hope this is the beginning of the resurgence of this blog. Just a little less than I hope the writer strike ends!
