...to get out of having to come up with about ten minutes worth of writing for what I'm going to call one of the weirdest shows on television. I really don't understand how Passions, a soap opera on NBC, is still on the air. It's baffling. The writing and acting is terrible, and the whole premise is just unbelievable. But, it did guest star the Scissor Sisters (who I am definitely digging on these days), which is an interesting marketing ploy on their end. That's one way to tap into a probably previously unconsidered target. I'd be curious to see if their sales increased slightly after this brilliant cameo...
